Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for forming fine particles of bamboo capable of suppressing shortening of a lifetime of an edge when forming the fine particles of bamboo for solving the problems that the replacement work of the edge is performed almost every day and then continuous operation cannot be achieved and the expense of the edge itself is increased since the lifetime of the edge in the case of bamboo is 24-30 hours, that is extremely short for replacement every 24 hours, although the lifetime of the edge of a conventional chipper is 100 hours or more in the case of usual wood.SOLUTION: A device for forming fine particles of bamboo includes: a chipper 11 cutting strip-shaped bamboo 3; and a bamboo opening device 9 which is an arrangement device arranging the strip-shaped bamboo 3 introduced into the chipper 11 so that the inside and the outside face the same direction. In a method for forming the fine particles of bamboo, the strip-shaped bamboo is arranged so that the inside and the outside face the same direction and the bamboo is cut so as to always insert the edge from the inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
