To perform a forming of a multi-layer tile wherein respective layers have a uniform thickness, and there is no unbalance on interfaces where respective layers come into contact with by a small scale forming device for the forming of the multi-layer tile by a method wherein a shutter which horizontally slides is arranged on the lower end surface of the bottom part or a lower part of a raw material measure which slides on a frame.

This forming device 1 comprises dies comprising an upper die, a lower die 3 and a frame 4, and a raw material measure 6. The raw material measure 6 has a box-shape without bottom, and its front piece 6a which is one piece on the front side in the advancing direction, is made longer than other three pieces by an approx. thickness dimension of a shutter 7, and the raw material measure 6 is equipped with the shutter 7 which can slide along the bottom end surfaces of the three edges on the rear side. The shutter 7 longitudinally slides by a length of one sheet of the tile as a maximum span, and the opening/closing speed and the opening area of the shutter 7 are adjusted by a remote control device, and a discharging/charging amount of a raw material for ceramics can be regulated. Therefore, the thickness of a base material layer and a surface layer can be made uniform.
