To confirm the contents of electronic mail more suitably.
When electronic mail is sent, a personal computer 1 synthesizes a voice according to text data included in the electronic mail and obtains voice data. When a specific keyword is included in the text data, a control script is generated so that a real robot 31 takes action corresponding to the keyword as well as voicing the keyword. The voice data and control script are sent from a radio communication part 4 to the real robot 31.
