A wire storing device 15, which can turn in relation to a guide device 13 having a trolley line guide roller 12 in the cross direction of the guide device 13 independently by a drive device 23 and is provided to store a trolley line 2 from the guide device 13, is connected to a wire engaging unit 16, which is fixed to an upper end, which is separated from the machine frame 5. The unit 16 is provided with a perpendicular adjusting drive device to be separated from the machine frame 5 farther than the guide roller 12 of the guide device 13.
