Abstract:
To perform an information processing through a network compositely utilizing plural media between a user terminal and an information provision system.
A session integration management part 75 issues the identifier of a session utilizing the plural media such as e mail, WEB and voice. When a data transmission/reception part 73-i receives a processing request including the session identifier from a user by an optional medium, a medium interface 78-i converts the session identifier to an unifiedly utilizable data and delivers them to the integration management part 75. Then, the integration management part 75 manages the session on the basis of the converted session identifier.
