Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain individual composites having the optical characteristics and mechanical characteristics which are at least equivalent to plastic films of the same thickness by producing in such a way that multiple individual composites having two or more layers are produced from thermal adhesive plastic film webs at high-speed.

CONSTITUTION: Thermal adhesive plastic film webs 14, 15, and 16 are guided to pressurized rolls 2 to 7, and pass through these pressurized rolls and a roll 1. The plastic film webs 14 to 16 which are separated to each other and come into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the roll 1 are adhered to each other by the application of pressure and/or heat, and a film composite 21 is formed. And, this film composite 21 is transported to the pressurized rolls 2 to 7 as a laminate. An adhesion layer does not exist in at least two layers of bonded plastic webs 14 to 16, and the film composite 21 is sent to a separation roll 30 through a cooler 34 and becomes an individual composite along the outer periphery of the separation roll 30.
