The switches 4-23-1 to 4-23-I are connected to the discrimination results of the subcarrier determinant discriminator 4-19-1 to 4-19-I. When the discrimination results is i≤ThL, all the output of the subcarrier interference cancellers 4-21-1 to 4-21-I to i-th subcarrier are switched output '0' of zero insert circuit 4-22-1 to 4-22-I.
