Abstract:
To effectively prevent offset of an undried ink by a simple configuration, and to prevent scattering, adherence and deposition of powdery particulate to the periphery except the ink film on a printed matter.
A device is provided with a transfer roller 3 of the powdery particulate 8 to which the powdery particulate 8 to be contacted on the printing surface of the printed matter 9 is adhered. The charge of each of the transfer roller 3, powdery particulate 8 and printed matter is controlled. The device is configured to make the powdery particulate 8 adhere only onto the ink film 9a of the printing surface in the printed matter 9.
