Abstract:
To provide a production device for amorphous alloy strips capable of improving a tool life when obtaining the prescribed-shape amorphous alloy strip from an amorphous alloy ribbon by processing, and to provide a method of processing the amorphous alloy strip.SOLUTION: There is provided a production device for obtaining a prescribed-shape amorphous alloy strip by processing an amorphous alloy ribbon. Characteristically, the device has: a groove processing mechanism forming a linear groove processing part becoming a prescribed-shape folding contour line on the surface of the amorphous alloy ribbon; a mold mechanism folding the above ribbon along the folding contour line; and a tensile strength-imparting mechanism applying a tensile strength to the amorphous alloy ribbon folded by a mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
