Abstract:
To provide a device and method for producing a laminate film capable of producing a laminate film without increasing the size of the device.SOLUTION: A device for producing a laminate film comprises: a first feed roll that feeds a strip-formed first film; first dividing means that divides the first film into a plurality of first division films; first moving means that moves the first division films widthwise such that a widthwise gap vertical to a first feed direction occurs between the adjacent first division films; a second feed roll that feeds a strip-formed second film; second dividing means that divides the second film into a plurality of second division films; second moving means that moves the second division films widthwise such that a widthwise gap vertical to a second feed direction occurs between the adjacent second division films; a drum on which the first and second division films are wound a predetermined number of turns in an overlapped state; and cutting means that cuts a laminate film having a predetermined number of turns of the overlapped first and second division films.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
