Abstract:

To provide a dynamic image encoding device that encodes a source image once and further encodes a decoded image of the encoded image again to improve distortion due to differences between encoding methods.

The dynamic image encoding device has an encoding means for encoding an input image to generate an encoded image, a decoding means for decoding the encoded image to generate a decoded image, and a means for selectively replacing the input image input to the encoding means with the decoded image.
