To provide a method and a device for providing an interactive service with plural interfaces.
Support of understanding and dialogue of a natural language with a user is facilitated by enabling the user to provide information to exceed the one to be required for service and adapting a module technique to an interface 204 to enable an input in different order, incomplete information, correction of the information and return of control to the previous service point. The support is realized by using a single interactive service logic 201 using a reaction restriction graph in relation to a service monitor 202. Bi-directional service logic structure to use a form of a graph of event drive including restriction to an event in a node is adopted in the graph. This service monitor manages communication between a service logic device and the plural user interfaces and provides communication mechanism in a form called 'look ahead'.
