A content providing device includes: a situation determining part; a content generation request part; and a content transmitting part. The situation determining part determines the situation of each user on the basis of data from the various user related apparatus, or profile data of the user, and, then, outputs situation data based on the determined situation. The content generation request part transmits content generation request data to the content generating device in order to generate the contents to be provided to the user based on the outputted situation data, and related data concerning the user. The content transmitting part decides the terminal concerning the user to be provided with the contents, and transmits the content data related to the contents generated by the content generating device on the basis of content generation request data to the decided terminal.
