Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the signal correcting device, etc., which can easily, speedily, and surely correct characteristics of a transmission system having nonlinearity such as a speaker.
SOLUTION: The signal correcting device 12 corrects and supplies an input signal (u) to the transmission system 14 so that characteristics of an integrated transmission system 10 approximate specific target characteristics. A displacement filter 16 predict virtual displacement (x) based on the input signal by using a filter coefficient determined according to the target characteristics. A correction coefficient determination part 18 determines part of the filter coefficient of a correction filter 22 according to the virtual displacement (x). A correction coefficient determination part 18 determines even the amplitude adjustment coefficient of an amplitude adjustment part 24 according to the virtual displacement (x). The correcting filter 22 is composed of a digital filter of ≥2th order and corrects the input signal (u) by using the determined filter coefficient. The amplitude adjustment part 24 adjusts the amplitude of the signal by using the determined amplitude adjustment coefficient. The correcting filter 22 and amplitude adjustment part 24 correspond to a signal correcting means 20.
