Based on the data of the device 9, the picture is generated to show the condition of the simulation covering the time in which the device was turned off last time to the time in which the device is turned on again in a time compressed manner and the picture is displayed by a picture display device 6. Then, the device generates the picture indicating the condition of the normal simulation based on the data of the device 9 and the picture is displayed by the device 6.
