Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the spinning productivity of a spinning device by forming at least one group of extrusion holes and other groups of extrusion holes in specific spinnerets whose positions are different each other in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction.
CONSTITUTION: Spinnerets are formed on the lower surfaces of spinning packs 1,1 ... disposed at positions different in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction, respectively. Spun filaments 7,7 ... are divided into plural groups, and heated air blown out from a spinning cylinder 2 passes between the spinnerets.
