Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wired device which can minimize the delay of fast data.
SOLUTION: A rate converter 4 for fast data sends a small amount of fast data to a tone ordering part 10 when the quantity of noise from a TCM(time compression multiplex)-ISDN line is large and increases the amount of fast data sent to the tone ordering part 10 when the noise quantity is small, and a converter for interleaved data sends a specific amount of interleaved data to the tone ordering part 10 when the noise quantity from the TCM-ISDN line is small and transmits no interleaved data when the noise quantity is small to adjust the amount of data allocated to carriers; and the rate of the fast data allocated to symbols transmitted in a period wherein the noise quantity is small and only the fast data can be allocated to the symbols transmitted in a period wherein the noise quantity is large.
