Abstract:
To provide a device for opening and closing a fitting at a low cost, the device having a small number of component parts, having good constructibility, enabling the fitting to be easily removed, and being applicable to papered sliding doors and normal sliding doors which may be frequently installed and removed.
A stator (permanent-magnet block) 15 is disposed along the moving direction of the fitting 11 and a needle unit (coil block) 3 is fixed in a groove 2 in a door lintel 1 to provide a door engine comprising a movable coil type linear motor L.
