Sensors 9, 11 are disposed at or rotatably mounted to the operating means for a change lever or a connecting means between an operating range and a change element in a transmitting device. The first element 13a and the second element 13b are the elements of a connecting member 13. A control unit 6 decides if the desired movement of the change lever is proposed and the aim of change is identified based on at least the signal of the information of the sensor 9 or the sensor 11.
