Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the number of bags having one binding size to be changed without any trouble in order to attain the most suitable utilization of a storing capability for tea bag box and further enable almost uniform distribution of tea raw material within the tea bag during an entire packing process.
CONSTITUTION: Retaining fingers 16 arranged to be fixed in a longitudinal direction within a range of inlet port of a stacked cylinder 10 are arranged together with bag retaining elements 17 movable in a longitudinal direction in order to form and fix a row of bags. Tea bags 11 individually supplied through a bag feeder 14 are position set between the retaining fingers. This device enables a strict separation between the bag and the row of bags as well as a fixing of almost non-pressure fixing irrespective of any binding size during an automatic packing process.
