The lower die 3 composed of single or plural pressing body 8, 10 is inserted in the die frame 2, and moved upward/downward corresponding to the wall thickness of the powder forming body 6. The upper die 5 composed of single or plural pressing body to form the steplike forming surface formed of the surfaces of different height corresponding to the wall thickness of the powder forming body 6 to move upward and downward against the cavity 4 which is formed with the lower die and die frame 2 is arranged. Therefore, the yield can be improved without strain on calcing time, etc.
