Abstract:

PURPOSE: To ensure that foreign matter is prevented from sticking to the inner surface of a tube properly with the help of an accelerated liquid flow on the tubular inner surface or a brush installed on a traveling truck by enabling the traveling truck to run easily, overcoming the flowing speed of a liquid on account of the rotating force of a propeller which rotates due to the liquid in the tube.
CONSTITUTION: The subject device for preventing foreign matter from sticking to the tubuler inner surface consists of two propellers 2, 3 2, 3 which rotate in a mutually opposite direction by the flow of a liquid in a tube A, and a traveling truck 1, having wheels 21, which runs in the tube, driven by the rotating force of the propellers 2, 3. The rotating force of either of the propellers 2, 3 is transmitted to a rotating shaft 6 by a clutch mechanism. In addition, the rotation of the rotating shaft 6 is transmitted to wheels 21 by a gear mechanism to move the traveling truck forward and backward.
