PURPOSE: To suppress occurrence of water hammer phenomenon at an inlet of steam flow and to reduce an impact value when water hammer phenomenon occurs.
CONSTITUTION: A steam feed chamber to supply steam is connected to an inlet 33 of steam flow of a heating element 12 and the steam feed chamber is equipped with dividing plates 44 to form plural independent division chambers 45. Consequently, dimensions of horizontal part of the division chambers 45 are lessened so that occurrence of waving of drain in cleaning is not only suppressed during cleaning but produced waving is eliminated by the dividing plates 44. Supply of steam to heating elements 12 is uniformized. In the inlet 33 of steam flow, there is neither occurrence of variability of effective area enabling inflow of steam nor clogging of part of the inlet 33 of steam flow with drain and water hammer phenomenon is suppressed. Even if water hammer phenomenon emerges, impact strength is reduced to about 1/5 the conventional impact strength.
