PURPOSE: To efficiently attenuate the oscillation of a stand by adding the oscillation of the opposite phase to the oscillation of the stand accompanied by the operation of a loom.

CONSTITUTION: An oscillation-absorbing member 5 comprising an oscillation- absorbing rubber, etc., having a relatively large cross section, exhibiting an oscillation-absorbing action and supporting the weights of the loom main body 1 and a stand 2 is disposed between the floor surface 4 and the stand 2 used for loading and fixing the loom main body 1. Oscillation-adding devices 6 are disposed at the four corners of the stand 2, and the oscillation-absorbing member 5 and the oscillation-adding devices 6 are connected with dampers 7 such as active fluid-damping mounts, respectively. An oscillation generated from the loom main body 1 is detected with oscillation sensors 3 disposed on the stand 2, and the opposite phase oscillation is outputted from the oscillation-adding devices 6 on the basis of the oscillation signal to attenuate the oscillation.
