Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain technology capable of producing a high-quality cloth product having a complicated colorful pattern, hardly fading in color, simply and at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A cloth producing device is used for manufacturing cloth prepared by combining warp with weft, is one consisting of a warp supplying means, a weft feeding means, a combining means for joining the warp from the warp supplying means to the weft from the weft feeding means, a spraying means for sprinkling dye the warp (or the weft) existing between the warp supplying (or/the weft feeding) means and the combining means and a controlling means for regulating the spraying means, sprays dye only on a given position of the warp (and/or the weft) from the spraying means by a signal inputted to the controlling means and produces given cloth wherein the dyed warp is combined with the weft to form a given pattern.
