Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the device capable of efficiently and massively producing the feed using the eggs as a main raw material.
CONSTITUTION: This device for producing a feed using eggs as a main raw material is provided with a grinding machine A for grinding the eggs together with the shells, a stirring and heating machine B for stirring and simultaneously heating the ground material, a pelletizing machine C for processing the heated material into pellets, and a drying machine D for drying the pelletized material to a prescribed water content. When the eggs with the shells are charged into the grinding machine A, the eggs are automatically ground and subsequently processed through the stirring and heating process, the pelletizing process and the drying process, thus enabling to produce the feed using the eggs as the main raw material by the application of a series of the mechanical treatments.
