This device for producing natural gas hydrate is obtained by connecting plural hydrate production units to each other in response to the components of the natural gas, connecting gas-extracting pipes to the upper space portions of hydrate storage tanks 12, respectively, and connecting the gas-extracting pipes to the downstream side generated gas mixer 16. Each of the hydrate production units comprises a pressure-resistant container 1, a porous plate 5 for dividing the inner space of the pressure-resistant container 1 into a gas space 6 and a gas-liquid contact space 2, a coil evaporator 3 disposed at two or more stages in the gas-liquid contact space, a freezer 8 for supplying a cooling medium to the coil evaporator 3, a hydrate storage tank 12 connected to the exit of the gas-liquid contact space 2 through a buffer tank 9, a raw material water-supplying piping 11 for supplying the water in the bottom portion of the hydrate storage tank 12 to the bottom portion in the gas-liquid contact space 2, and a means for supplying natural gas into the gas space 6.
