PURPOSE: To provide a net-like sheet-producing device which does not add a winding tension generated from a winding section to warps heated with heating rollers and which prevents the net-like sheet from being abnormally stretched or broken by the stretching.

CONSTITUTION: A loom section 2, a heating roller 31 and a winding section 6 are disposed along the traveling route of warps and wefts, and further a spike roller 31 is disposed between the heating roller 31 and the winding roller 6. The respective warps of a warp belt L re-wound from the warp roller 12 are woven with wefts. The formed woven belt C is wound on a dielectrically heating roller 32 heated at approximately 18°C under a prescribed tension in a fusing section 4 to fuse the warps and wefts to each other at a surface temperature of 100-160°C. The fused woven belt C is wound on the spike roller 31 by the cooperation of a rear side tension roller 36 at approximately 180°C, cut with a cutter 38 at both the edges of the net-like sheet, and subsequently wound on a winding core member 64, while reciprocatively traversed in the axial direction thereof.
