To improve the problems of conventional method for the production of a potato pasta for traditional thermotherapy comprising difficult handling to cause time-consuming difficult production, discomfortable cold feeling and low efficacy at normal temperature, etc., of conventional potato pasta.

A rubber plate 5 is bonded to a contacting face of a flat bed having a push-up plate 2 set on a lower frame 1 and the lower cloth of an upper frame 3, and the lower cloth is clamped with the flat bed and the upper frame 3 and fixed with a clip 7. Potato pasta is put in the upper frame 3, the pasta is pasted on the lower cloth and the thickness and size of the pasta are adjusted by using the upper frame 3. The flat bed is produced by placing a push-up plate fixing bed 6 on the lower frame 1 and setting the push-up plate 2, and the push-up plate 2 is made to be removable upward from the flat bed and passable through the upper frame 3. The clip 7 is removed, the flat bed and the upper frame are placed on the push-up bed 4, the lower frame 1 is dropped, the upper frame 3 is pushed down to pass the push-up plate 2 through the frame and the potato pasta is removed to easily obtain the potato pasta having uniform shape and thickness in a short time. A warming sheet is attached to the lower cloth of the potato pasta.
