CONSTITUTION: Different accesses to the first and second compartments 3 and 4 forming the interior of the enclosure of a vending machine 1 selling food products or services are controlled. On that occasion, while entrance to and exist from the first compartment 3 are made possible, entrance to and exit from the second compartment 4 are prevented, an intervener is identified by the insertion of an object of identification 14 from the outside. Subsequently, to control an actuator 8 that can opens and closes a lock 9 arranged in the second compartment 4, communication is made with a central processor 7 by interaction by a coding method. Subsequently the central processor 7 generates a message, and the actuator 8 deciphers the message.
