To provide a molten metal recovering device capable of efficiently recovering the molten metal in a molten metal recovering apparatus and having high reliability and maintainability.

This molten metal recovering device 1 is provided with a transporting tube 10 for dipping a suction hole 11 into a molten vapor-depositing material M in a crucible 100, an electric heater 14 for heating the transporting tube 10, a cooling vessel 20 connected to an exhaust hole 12 arranged at the other end of the transporting tube 10 and coolable of its inner part and a vacuum pump 30 vacuum-evacuating the inner part of the cooling vessel 20. When the recovering work is performed, while the transporting tube 10 is heated by the electric heater 14, the inner part of the cooling vessel 20 is vacuum- evacuated by the vacuum pump 30. In this way, the molten vapor-depositing material M in the crucible 100 can efficiently be recovered. Further, the reliability and maintainability of the molten metal recovering device 1 can be improved.
