PURPOSE: To reduce the high temp. work of a worker and to save the space of the whole device by positioning a nozzle plugging body and a barlike body and pushing the nozzle plugging body with a pushing jig while giving vibration to the barlike body from a breaker part.

CONSTITUTION: The barlike body 14 is advanced toward a ladle by rotating pinch rolls 13a. When a fitting part 14c comes to the upper part of the working end part 11a of the breaker part 11, the barlike body is stopped. A sub-elevator 10 is descended to engage the fitting part 14c of the barlike body 14 with the working end part 11a of the breaker part 11. Successively, a carriage 9 is travelled on rails 8 and a main elevator 7 is elevated to a position so as to be along the same axis of the pushing jig 14b of the barlike body and the nozzle plugging body 3 to be removed at the bottom part of the ladle. Then, the barlike body 14 is advanced with a cylinder part 12, and while pushing the nozzle plugging body 3 from the inside to the outside with the pushing jig 14b, the breaker part 11 is worked and the vibration is propagated to the nozzle plugging body 3 through the fitting part 14c of the barlike body and the pushing jig 14b.
