To obtain an attendance/absence condition reporting device which executes reporting with a place where information on a time of coming/leaving office at a office without a manager is processed and required information is managed by connecting a remote terminal equipment to a center device by means of a telephone line.

A person who comes to the business site or the one who leaves the business site inputs information on a time of coming/leaving office to the operating part 12 of the remote terminal equipment 1. Inputted coming/leaving information is judged and processed by a processing part 13 in accordance with setting. When information to be transmitted occurs, the information is converted and processed to be the one for telephone line communication and transmitted to the center device 3 with a MODEM 14 and the telephone line 2. The center device 3 processes information received by the MODEM 32 by the processing part 33 and displays it in a display 34, etc. Therefore, the equipment 1 reports coming/leaving information which is inputted to the equipment 1 to the device 3 by arranging the equipment 1 at the business site and the device 3 at the office where attendance/absence information is managed only with the telephone line 2.
