PURPOSE: To simultaneously view an image on a photographic printing paper and information accompanied with the image by simultaneously outputting the read image and the information accompanied with the image to an image display device.

CONSTITUTION: An information reading means 29 for reading the information accompanied with the image on the photographic printing paper from an information recording medium provided on the housed photographic printing paper, and information output means 201, 207 and 202 for simultaneously outputting the information accompanied with the image read by the means 29 in the case of outputting an image signal to the image display device by a signal output means are disposed so as to simultaneously output the read image and the information accompanied with the image to the image display device. Thus, the image on the photographic printing paper and the information accompanied with the image are simultaneously viewed.
