Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the non-uniform abrasion of a gear or the like caused by vibration during operation and to easily and accurately adjust the cross-sectional area of a crushing chamber by combining a follower mechanism with a drive gear so as to be capable of following the up and down movement of an adjusting frame supporting a concave accompanied by the rotation of the follower gear attached to the adjusting frame.
SOLUTION: A drive gear 32 is rotationally driven by a motor 31 fitted with a cyclo-speed reducer 30 in order to adjust the cross-sectional area of a crushing chamber 21 being the gap between a concave 20 and a mantle 18 to rotationally drive the follower gear 29 meshed with the drive gear 32. An adjusting frame 25 is moved up and down with respect to an upper body 19 to move the concave 20 supported on the adjusting frame 25 by a support mechanism 27. Since the screw pitch of the screw rod 34 integrally arranged to the rotary shaft of the drive gear 32 is synchronous to the up and down pitch of the adjusting frame 25, the up and down movement of the drive gear 32 can be allowed to coincide with that of the follower gear 29.
