PURPOSE: To attach and detach a drum segment member in a short time in the replacement of the drum segment member.

CONSTITUTION: A tire molding drum device is provided with a drum body 1 and a drum segment member 2. A holding member 10 is fixed to a receded part 11 of the drum body 1 by a presser plate 13. In the holding member 10, a fitting hole and an engaging part 14 are formed. In the engaging part 14, a guide part 15 and a fastening recess part 16 are provided. A shaft member 20 is formed in the center of the drum segment member 2. The shaft member 20 is inserted through a through hole 23. A flange 24 is formed on the top surface of the shaft member 20. The flange part 24 is fastened to a step part 25. A belleville spring 26 is provided under the drum segment member 2. A washer 27 under the belleville spring 26 is placed on a snap ring S to prevent the movement of the shaft member 20 together with the flange 24. An engaging pin 28 is formed on the shaft member 20 near the end thereof.
