Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely hold a device to be separated in a tearing process by providing a pulling device comprising a pair of continuous convey belts arranged on the upper and lower parts through a member to be separated, and a tearing device with the control elements for controlling the pressure force, and synchronizing both control members with one another.
CONSTITUTION: This separating device 10 for tearing a perforated tubular piece from a tubular continuous material 12 comprises a pulling device 6 and a tearing device 14, these devices respectively comprise rollers 18, 20; 22, 24 arranged at both sides of the tubular continuous material 12, and the convey belts 26, 28; 30, 32 run over these rollers. The tubular continuous material 12 is held between these convey belts while held by the uniform pressure, to be moved to the left. The pulling device 16 comprises a cam plate 50 as a control member for adjusting the pressure force acting on the tubular continuous material 12, and this cam plate 50 is driven in synchronization with the rotation of a cam plate 38 mounted as a control member of the tearing mechanism 14 through a transmission means.
