PURPOSE: To apply the necessary min. limit of cooling water and parting agent into a die for short time and to improve working ratio of device by using the prescribed structure of applying device at the time of applying the parting agent for separating a forming product from the die on inner face of the die for die casting machine.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of preparing to the next time of die casting operation by atomizing the cooling water 25 and the parting agent 35 on the inner faces of a fixed die 7 and a shifting die 8 for die casting machine, spray head 6 providing plural number of atomizing nozzles is directed to the inner faces of both dies 7, 8 by driving horizontal shifting mechanism 4 and vertical shifting mechanism 5. At the same time, the cooling water 25 is atomized on inner face of the die with a piston 23 and a cylinder chamber 24 in a cylinder mechanism 2 for pressed-feeding fluid having check valves 26, 27, and after cooling, the parting agent 35 is supplied on the spray head 6 with a force feed tube 28 through a sliding cylinder 52 in a guide cylinder 51 in the same way. Waste quantity caused by spattering the cooling water and the parting agent to out of the die, is little and the cooling water and parting agent can be efficiently atomized to the desired part in the inner face of die.
