Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand sticking device for sticking sand to a pipe automatically.
SOLUTION: A pipe P carried into a stand-by station in the horizontal state by a carrying-in conveyor is lifted up by a lifting member 605 of a tact conveyor 600 and transferred to a bonding agent applying station 300. A bonding agent is applied while the pipe P is rotated in the horizontal state on the bonding agent applying station 300, and then sand is stuck to bonding agent-applied sections of the pipe P while the pipe P is transferred to the sand spraying section 400 by the tact conveyor 600 and rotated in the horizontal state, and the pipe P is transferred onto a carrying-in conveyor 500 by the tact conveyor 500.
