To provide an element reinforcing bar supplying device, in which the constitution of a manufacturing device of an X-type arrangement of the assembled reinforcing bars can remarkably be simplified and the X-type arrangement thereof can be responded to the need for proposing a site manufacture.

On a base frame 29 set between rotating bodies, one pair of receiving tables 30A for laying both end parts of the element reinforcing bar for assembling the inside reinforcing bar group in the condition of parallel with a rotation axis P, one pair of receiving tables 30B for laying both end parts of the element reinforcing bar for assembling the outside reinforcing bar group in the condition of parallel with the rotation axis and a receiving table 30C for slanting line constituted so as to support the slanting line part of the element reinforcing bar at the position among these four receiving tables, are arranged, and each receiving table is elevated. By this constitution, this device is constituted so that both end parts of the element reinforcing bar abut on the outside surface of a reinforcing bar fixed frame supplied with the rotation bodies at both sides.
