To provide a device for supplying the powder/grain material, which includes the cotton-like material, or the powder/grain material hardly scatterable so as to evenly scatter the powder/grain material, which includes the cotton-like material.

Powder-grain material, which includes the cotton-like material, is supplied from a hopper 10 to a transferring passage 34 of an electromagnetic oscillating feeder 11. The powder/grain material is fed left in the figure by the oscillation in the arrow (a) direction. On the way of transference, the powder/grain material is spread in the cross direction of the transferring passage 34 by a brush roller 36 provided in the upstream side, and furthermore, compressed by a rubber roller 38 provided in the downstream side, while drawn in the cross direction. Thereafter, the powder/grain material falls onto a screen of an oscillating screen feeder 12 provided under the transferring passage 34, and the powder/grain material is evenly scattered downward by an upper and a lower stage parts 15a, 15b of the screen by the straight oscillation of a pair of oscillating motors 35a, 35b.
