Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the tip part, especially, of clothing to be thrown-in from being disturbed and to execute an automatic throwing-in clothing with accuracy by constituting a device by means of a clamp member separating a throwing-in end at the time of throwing-in, a receiving member receiving the throwing-in end, a sucking mechanism forming an air flow accelerating part and the driving part of the receiving member.
SOLUTION: When the tip part of clothing is fitted to the receiving member 41 at first, a moving device B is operated so as to give the tip part to the clamp member 14 and a suspending state just before a throwing-in part 12 is obtained. Then, the sucking mechanism is operated, a negative pressure flow is generated in the air flow accelerating part 24, the throwing-in end of clothing separated from the clamp member 14 is sucked into the air flow accelerating part 24 and clothing is placed on the surface part of the receiving member 18 without disturbing the throwing-in end which falls after separation from the clamp member 14. After that, the receiving member is moved backward and is moved to a position which is recessed from the front end of a throwing-in conveyor 13. The clothing is placed on the throwing-in conveyor 13 while stretching the throwing-in end by a nonskid tip and clothing throwing-in is ended.
