Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate bite-in of a sleeve at rotation fulcrum in a hot plate to allow stable press work to be performed.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of levers 7, 8 and 9, 10 are coupled respectively to sides 5, 6 of curved plates 3, 4 that form a hot plate 2, each lever being coupled with each other to form three pallalerogram links 11, 12, 13. When the hot plate is opened and/or closed, the links 11, 12, 13 deforming with a similar form bind a rotation fulcrum 14, and open and/or close the curved plates 3, 4 with relative positions of the sides 5, 6 being held constant.
