Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a system to be versatile and a pedicel type thread for connecting it to an expansion rod to apply by making the sawtooth part of an adapter to work together with the sawtooth part of a head and also making a threaded rod to fix the adapter having a circular hole or a groove with a thread system. CONSTITUTION: An adapter 22 has a tabular fixed part 24 and a circular and flat receiving part 24a having a receiving opening 26a. The fixed part 24 has a thread hole 26 and a sawtooth ring surface 28. And a head thread 30 has a threaded part 32, and a cylindrical part 34 between a threaded part 32 and a flanged head 36. Then, the head thread 30 can pull the adapter 22 in the direction of a head 14 of a pedicel type thread 10 by inserting the threaded part 32 into an opening 16 and screwing it into the threaded hole 26 and can fix it. At that time, the head 14 of the pedicel type thread 10 is prevented from rotating against the adapter 22 by engaging the sawtooth parts each other.
