The device for the toilet seat is equipped with a main part of the toilet seat with a surface formed like protrusions and depressions, a ventilating passage formed air-tight by an upper surface of the main part of the toilet seat of a thin leaf like body, a ducting means to ventilate the air passage, and a heating means to generate warm air.
