PURPOSE: To provide a network environment transferring device capable of setting up the transfer of a computer from one network to the other network only by specifying a network to be transferred even if an operator does not know the network environment information of the network to be transferred.

CONSTITUTION: A computer stores the network environment of each network to be transferred in an network environment data part 101. In the case of transferring the computer from one network to the other network, the network environment of the network to be transferred is specified by a transferred network environment specifying part 102. Then a network environment information setting part 103 sets up the specified network environment on the computer based on the network environment information stored in the data part 101. Finally a network environment information storing part 104 stores the set network environment information.
