CONSTITUTION: An outer component 21 is fixed to the casing 2 of a machine tool M directly or through an intermediate member 12, and an inner component 31 is fixed to a spindle 3 rotatably supported in the inside of the casing 2 directly or through an intermediate member 5 radially spaced at a distance from the outer component 21. Intermediate members 41, 42 which are retained not to be relatively rotated are arranged in an area of pressure medium ducts 26, 27 or 36, 37. The intermediate members have at least one duct connecting the pressure medium duct 26 or 27 of the outer component 21 to the pressure medium duct 36 or 37 of the inner component 31, are laterally supported at one of the components, advantageously at the inner component 31, through two radially extending sealing gaps, and are displaceable to the other of the components.
