Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily treat vapor generated with the treatment of photographic processing waste liquid in a treating device in which the photographic processing waste liquid is heated and evaporated and the vapor is cooled and recovered by feeding washing substitutive stabilizing liquid waste to the photographic processing waste liquid.
CONSTITUTION: In an automatic developing machine 10, after a roll-like photographic sensitive material F undergoes photographic processing by a color developing tank CD, a bleach-fixing tank BF and a washing substitutive stabilizing tank Sb in order and is dried by a dryer D, is wound up. Replenishing liquids each are fed from replenishing liquid tanks 11 to the treating tanks, controlled by a controller 20. On the other hand, after photographic processing waste liquid overflowing the treating tanks is collected in a stocking tank 30, etc., it is treated by a treating means 40. In this case, washing substitutive stabilizing liquid waste is fed to the photographic processing waste liquid. The washing substitutive stabilizing liquid waste is the one obtained when the automatic developing machine is replenished with the replenishing liquid of 30-9000ml/m2 per unit area of the photographic sensitive material.
