Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable recovery of a metal vaporized from a long crucible for vaporizing the metal and stuck on the surface of a metal recovery plate by easily flowing the molten metal along the wetted surface.
CONSTITUTION: In this device, the metal recovery plate 2' arranged at the upper position of the long crucible for vaporizing the metal in a vacuum vessel 1 is inclined in the longitudinal direction of the long crucible so as to recover the metal by flowing with the gravity along the wetted part with the molten metal when the molten metal vaporized from the long crucible sticks on the surface of the metal recovery plate. Therefore, the molten metal can easily be recovered along the metal recovery plate 2'.
