A wax dispersing device 40 provides a dispersing nozzle 45 for dispersing wax and a heater 42 for touching the sliding surface to smooth out the wax dispersed from the dispersing nozzle. The heater 42 is formed to follow the curve of the sliding surface of the body for being waxed 10. In short, supporting members 43, 44 are provided to support the heater 42 to the moving base 41 in the respect that the heater 42 follows the curve of the sliding surface of the body for being waxed 10. The supporting members 43, 44 support the heater 42 not only at a plurality of supporting positions to the moving base 41 but also to the sliding surface to be attached.
